line structure requirements:

1. the line is with high quality 40×80mm rectangular steel pipe as skeleton, the shelf surface is with plastic spray treatment. the side uses K821 aluminum shelf(135mm*66mm*thickness 2mm) as protective frame

2. the line is with Φ63mm stainless steel （sus201）roller as transmission medium. The tube is with thickness 1.5mm. the distance from roller to frame is 4mm

3. the full set roller line is with subsection control. Each section is with one piece 0.2KW gear motor as drive. Each 2400mm with 1set drive structure. Each drive structure place is with one independent drive mould. Using photoelectric sensor for conveying check and sense, controlled by computer

4. under the line there is photoelectric switch. The motor will work when there is work piece on the line. The motor will stop if there is no work piece.

5. the line is operated at constant speed subsection. Using lift and parallel moving structure as transmission at corner to make sure the work piece transmitted stably

6. each 2000mm line is with 65KG loading ability

7. the line is with working indication and alarm to protect the workers and machine safe

8. the line is controlled by industrial computer, can do real time display and feedback the info to the operators. It can be connected to the office software system for office people to monitor production conditions

9. each piece photoelectric switch, urgent stop button, solenoid valve. magnetic switch as well as motor working situation will show on touch screen. It can be used as maintenance and inspection basis. Can be connected to office system to monitor the real time production condition

10. the line groove and gas pipe is arranged under the line to make the machine more beautiful and easy to move

11. the line is with 1pcs triple air filter to filter the air source
